There is some sort of consensus on db.etree that July 23 is the correct date, although they played three shows there.

This show is on the silver pressed bootleg "Show Up or Throw Up" (Hurricane Records HURR010). The recording of "Now I'm Nothing" is widely distributed on P2P networks and various compilation silver pressed bootlegs such as "Ultra Rare Tracks" and "Seething With Animosity" It was the only widely available complete recording of it until documentary footage of the tour surfaced, part of which is included on the Closure DVD, which features a live soundboard performance. A master of this show surfaced on Dime in 2008. It's of comparable quality and starts 5 second earlier than Show Up. This recording of Physical was used in "A Mix Of All That Was" D2 09

I have tracked down two different copies of the same recording. One of them is mislabeled as July, 3, 1991 which is likely the source of that concert date on NINHistorian. The properly dated recording I have is in mp3 320 kbps. *Head Like a Hole ends at 6:46 followed by the beginning of the Butthole Surfers song Colored FBI Guy, entire track is 11:35. The misdated recording I have is in FLAC and ends after Get Down Make Love. They are the same source. Shows claiming to be Detroit 8/4/91 have turned out to be the same as this one.

There are two sources for this show. A video source which has been converted to DVD and a separate audio source. This is the only audience Lollapalooza footage known. There are only close-ups during the first few moments. For most of the show, all you see is the back of people's heads. It suffers from several generations of degradation.

It includes soundboard recordings of Now I'm Nothing - Terrible Lie, and Head Like a Hole set to a montage of footage from several shows on the tour. The footage of Now I'm Nothing - Terrible Lie was included in the Closure DVD without the time signature. Head Like a Hole was not included which is too bad because it features several special guests!
